Town Planner

This cool little game is like a cut down version of the Sim-style games, that allows you to build a town from scratch, lay a road network, build housing, factories, schools etc.

The great thing is that it takes about a hundredth of the time it takes to play one of the full-blown games out there, and will amuse you over a coffee break.
